As from January 2008, Investor Services have enhanced its range of services, creating a total solution for investors, developers and customers operating on the Romanian property market.

We are working with Multi-national resources to develop & finance projects for our investor clients.

A relationship has been established with one of Romania's largest developers & a Group of Irish investors who are working with us to develop a large satellite town on the outskirts of Bucharest. This development, known as Citywest Bucharest is currently Europe's largest construction site and is eventually scheduled to include an area of 16,000 hectares.

Investor Services is working with Off-plan marketing companies across many European countries, specifically to facilitate the sales of Romanian Real Estate to its clients, thereby enhancing the exit strategy of our developer clients.
