Bucharest Industrial Park is a 150 – 300 hectare, green-field business and logistics park development located in the Western outskirts of Bucharest, directly adjacent to trans European corridor IV, the main road link to Western Europe. The facility is targeted towards Fortune 500 companies seeking modern large-scale logistics and manufacturing facilities within Romania. Marketing collaboration agreements are currently being concluded with three international logistics companies; Tibbett & Britten, Exel and Christian Salvesen.

The park has been designated an official trade off-set project, by Romanian Procurement Agency and the Ministry of Industry. This designation will create a variety of commercial opportunities for park tenants.

In addition to our business partners, the executive team has significant business and political experience both within Romania and Western Europe. This includes Liviu Hagea, a former Romanian Deputy Minister of State for Industry & Trade, and, Nicolae Ratiu CEO of a long established British-Romanian investment firm. Its interests include property, insurance, media and charitable economic development activity within the UK, Romania and USA.
